1. Information collected
The sample form asks for your name, work email, website or store URL, product type, and optional notes. For shops, it also asks about your products and existing interest from Japan. The hosting service may process technical request and security logs.
2. How it is used
Sample-request information is used to prepare and send your sample and one follow-up. It is not used to subscribe you to a newsletter. Client information may also be used to deliver contracted work, issue invoices and meet legal obligations.
3. Service providers
The private preview is hosted through Sites and its hosting infrastructure. Sample-request form submissions are processed by a Cloudflare Pages Function and delivered by email through Resend (Resend, Inc., United States) to [email protected]. Google Gmail processes received enquiries. Stripe may process payments when a paid engagement is agreed. Payment card details should be entered only on the payment provider’s page. The provider list must be finalized before public launch.
4. Retention
A final retention schedule for enquiries, project records and statutory accounting records must be set before this site accepts live enquiries. No sample-request database is connected. Submitted requests are kept in the operator’s Gmail inbox; Resend keeps delivery logs for a limited period under its own policy.
5. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, or object to certain uses. Requests should be sent to the operator’s email address, [email protected]. Some information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.
6. Cookies and external resources
This preview does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the technical information needed to deliver those fonts. The private hosting sign-in service may use cookies required for access.
